Gearing up for VBS and a new school year
Next week is our VBS.
We are hoping to collect enough
backpacks and school supplies
to send each visiting VBS friend in need
home with a backpack full of school supplies.
Little Bro and Sis packed some backpacks
this afternoon. They had a ball doing this, and wanted to do more.
I feel so thankful they are willing and
happy to do activities like this.
As parents, we must instill giving hearts into our children.

Mama's Beauty Queen
Little Sis asked to enter our County Fair Pageant.
After some thought, I agreed. I'm glad I did.
She has sooo much FUN!
She looked beautiful, if I do say so myself.
Did she win? No, but she didn't care.
That's how she is. She just enjoyed getting
all dolled up and seeing the other girls do the same.
God has blessed this little girl with the biggest heart.
She was so excited for the winner.
I am proud of my Beauty Queen.

Aquarium, Discovery Center, and Choo Choo
Our Chattanooga trip was lots of fun.
It was my Mom, sister, nephew,
Little Bro, Little Sis, and me.
We hit the Aquarium, The Discovery Center,
TGI Friday, The Choo Choo, and Hamilton Place Mall.
It was a quick trip, but LOADS of FUN!
